Position Title: Assistant Operations Executive (Food Atrium)

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Schedule: 42 hours/week
Salary: Basic $3,200 – $3,300/month +VB + Meal allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the food atrium.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and relevant government regulations.
- Attend to enquiries and requests from tenants, customers, and cleaning staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and inventory checks across outlets.
- Perform scheduled cash audits in line with the Cash Control Policy.
- Coordinate virtual food delivery orders involving multiple tenants.
- Monitor stall visual merchandising and staff grooming standards.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as the point-of-contact.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Senior Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
