Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Outlet & Operations Support
- Support daily operations at the outlet(s).
- Conduct routine checks on cleanliness and adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with outlet staff to resolve operational issues and ensure service standards are met.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock control.
- Liaise with suppliers and maintenance vendors as needed.
2.
HQ Support
- Update daily and weekly reports on sales/inventory.
- Assist in staff scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Maintain operational documents, reports, and files.
Support the operations team with analysis, process tracking, and improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with data.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on and willing to support outlet operations when required.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
