This role requires a highly motivated and independent individual to join our growing team.
As an Operations Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in the F&B operations scene.
You will assist in the daily operations of our F&B outlets, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your job time will be split into both operational work and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform food/beverage preparation and assist in daily operations of all outlets under the Company
Understand overall F&B operations procedures, keep updated with Company/Regulatory policies and standards
Ensure enforcement of food hygiene and quality standards per Company/Regulatory requirements
Develop and apply knowledge of inventory management and cost/wastage control
Learn to manage a team, including scheduling, training/re-training, coaching staff, resolving issues/conflicts.
Maintain a good level of staff satisfaction
Assist to organise and participate in training sessions and meetings
Maintain a good level of customer satisfaction and quality service
Participate in cross-department discussions with kitchen, events and marketing to ensure Company's deliverables are met
Analyze sales data, customer/staff feedback, and operational/incident reports to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement improvement processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec/Polytechnic diploma holder
Strong passion for F&B industry with desire to learn
Able to communicate well with people from all walks of life and positively influence people
Adaptable, organised and resourceful
Can work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends/holidays)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Basic knowledge of F&B operations/food safety and hygiene is a plus point, but not mandatory
