We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or F&B retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of multiple retail units
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Customer Service & Quality Control:
Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Financial & Strategic Management:
Assist in budget planning and monitor financial performance
Health & Safety Compliance:
Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions are taken
Upkeep/Maintenance Management:
Liaise with Brands person in-charge for update of the brand on pricing and promotion
