About the role
In this full-time role based as F&B Operations Manager in the Orchard Central Region, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient and profitable service to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all F&B operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and cost control
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Oversee the creation and execution of menu designs, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing F&B team
- Analyse operational data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations role within the hospitality industry
- SG/PR and long term pass are welcome
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
