We are seeking a results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage operations.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure high standards and maximum efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service
- Monitor and control expenses, inventory levels, and staff productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in food safety and handling
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to delegate tasks and empower team members
