As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Director in ensuring seamless store operations.
Key responsibilities include strengthening profitability, maintaining high food quality and service standards, as well as managing a team of supervisors, crew leaders, and crew members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin/Malay, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Additionally, experience in the F&B industry is an advantage, along with a degree qualification.
