Work Requirements
Frequent visits to restaurant locations to monitor food quality and service standards
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth supply of ingredients and materials
Focus on peak hours to ensure smooth on-site operations
Working Hours
5 days per week, 5 hours per day
Choose between
Lunch Shift (11:00–16:00)
or
Dinner Shift (18:00–23:00)
(negotiable)
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of restaurant outlets and ensure sales targets are met
Provide on-site guidance to kitchen and front-of-house staff, optimizing workflows
Participate in and supervise food presentation and plating quality
Support the implementation of new dishes and promotional activities
Handle customer complaints and special requests
Job Requirements
Chef background preferred (Chinese/Western/Japanese or other international cuisines), with hands-on kitchen management experience
Familiar with restaurant operations and supply chain management
Strong leadership and on-site problem-solving skills
Compensation
Part-time probation period:
SGD 1,600–2,000/month
Upon confirmation:
Base salary + Profit-sharing mechanism
