Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations (restaurant, bar, room service, banquets, etc.)
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff (servers, bartenders, runners, etc.)
- Manage schedules, attendance, and shift planning
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Support in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
- Experience in hospitality or F&B environment (typically 2–3 years)
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management is a plus
