Supervise daily café operations and staff performance
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies
- Train, mentor, and schedule café staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management on marketing and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Track sales and prepare performance reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
