Consult the marketing service for customer projects in Support Area
Bench Test and RMA screening for Support Area
Organizes and provide technical training of customers and distributors
Secondary Tasks
Analysis of market and new project opportunities
Provide customer support reports
Provide technical market feedback and bug reports
Perform periodic technical competition analysis and road test
Perform tasks as may be required by Employer from time to time
Requirements
Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer discipline
Min.
3 years of Field Application work in the area of Radio Frequency, Cellular and Short Range (Wifi and Bluetooth)
Requires to travel to APAC region (30‐50% traveling)
Career path: Potential to be the head of Technical Support in APAC
