Job Description:
- Provide the latest information on product specifications and applications in the market as a reference for customers when designing products
- Discuss and understand customers detailed technical requirements, assess specific questions, and adapt the necessary training delivery approach
- Understand the customer industry, industry competition and market conditions by interacting with customers
- Actively understand customer needs and respond quickly
- Performs duties well, supports team decision, and achieves common goals
- Attend lessons and test conducted by suppliers
Job Requirements
- Graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry or related is mandatory.
- At least 1 year's experience in technical customer support or technical training.
- Driven by helping others, customer focused and a problem solver.
- Candidate must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with our HQ Taiwan Chinese-speaking colleagues
- Intermediate knowledge of popular OS like Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Ubuntu)
- Knowledge of C#, SQL or Python is a plus
