Job Description:
Provide technical support and communication to customers, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and on-site resolution;
Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, system upgrades, and performance optimization;
Conduct market and technology research to stay current with industry trends and support product improvement;
Deliver professional training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures;
Propose solutions to reduce costs and support the factory in cost-optimization initiatives;
Participate in additional projects as assigned by the company, including global technical service support.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, electronics, mechanics, or related technical fields;
Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes; 3+ years of working experience in a semiconductor fab or with a semiconductor equipment supplier.
Hands-on process or application experience is a plus;
Experience with semiconductor metrology and inspection equipment is strongly preferred; experience in equipment maintenance or field service is a plus;
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for overseas technical support (e.g., South Korea, Southeast Asia);
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required, as these are essential for effective communication with our current customers.
Korean language skills would be a strong advantage to better support our customers in Korea.
