(Position Summary) (FAE)
We are hiring a customer-oriented and technically proficient Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our Singapore-based customers.
This role focuses on process optimization, customer training, and technical application support for our semiconductor inspection tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor processes and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
(Key Responsibilities) (FAE)
· Provide on-site application support for semiconductor inspection systems.
· Work closely with customer process engineers to ensure successful tool performance and process integration.
· Conduct technical training, tool demonstrations, and application guidance for users.
· Analyze data and process feedback to recommend improvements and optimizations.
· Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges.
· Assist with tool evaluations and post-installation performance reviews.
(Minimum Qualifications) (FAE)
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Materials Engineering.
· Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
· Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
· Able to work independently and manage customer-facing projects.
· Open to business travel and providing timely on-site support when needed.
(Preferred Qualifications) (FAE)
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a process engineer in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
· Hands-on experience with inspection or metrology tools is highly desirable.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our team in Singapore.
In this role, you will provide critical on-site support to our customers in the semiconductor industry, ensuring optimal performance of advanced inspection equipment.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in hands-on troubleshooting and enjoy working directly with customers in fast-paced environments.
(Key Responsibilities) (FSE)
· Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of semiconductor inspection equipment.
· Respond promptly to system down calls and resolve equipment failures efficiently.
· Execute equipment installation and ensure operational readiness.
· Plan and conduct preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime and extend system life.
· Maintain detailed service records and provide technical reports to internal teams.
· Foster strong customer relationships through responsive service and technical expertise.
(Minimum Qualifications) (FSE)
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Ability to work beyond standard hours and travel on short notice when required.
(Preferred Qualifications) (FSE)
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a hardware engineer in a semiconductor equipment company or semiconductor fab.
· Practical experience operating or maintaining semiconductor inspection tools in a cleanroom environment.
