Roles & Responsibilities
Perform daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems onsite and offsite.
Install, configure, and update software applications.
Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including setup and training.
Stay informed of the latest technology trends and solutions.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking principles.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work alternate shift hours: (AM Shift: 6AM to 6PM; PM Shift 11.30AM to 11.30PM).
