Responsibilities:
Investigate and handle all customer complaints and product failures.
Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to distributors and end customers.
Review and assist in processing warranty claims from distributors.
Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
Provide installation, commissioning, and on-site training according to the project scope.
Troubleshoot and service a wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) to ensure operational reliability.
Maintain and organize technical and training documentation.
Provide specific training to distributors and dealers on service and troubleshooting skills to ensure optimum service levels.
Maintain close working relationships with key customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Provide technical assistance on factory testing of special projects.
Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
Handle warranty issues from a technical perspective.
Perform any other service, training, or ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support.
Prior mechanical experience with diesel engines (e.g., MHI, MTU, John Deere, Volvo).
Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region.
