Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company's products and components at customer locations.
- Perform periodic servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of client tool.
- Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
- Assist the sales team in securing service orders.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times; able to work in confine space or work at height area in high risk environment.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Report non-conformances from customer site.
- Generation and documentation of reports and ensure all inspections requirements are met.
Job requirement
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineeringor any other engineering studies.
- Min 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems.
- Experience in automation / semiconductor will be added advantages.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer support.
- Experience in delivering technical training to groups is a strong advantage.
- Hand on experience and knowledge on robotic calibration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
- Bilingual (Chinese & English) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
