About the Role
Join us as a Field Service Engineer where you'll provide technical support and customer service for specialized medical equipment.
This role offers training, hands-on exposure, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
- Act as main contact for Neurology products (EEG, EMG, MEB).
- Support customers with service issues and projects.
- Provide training and guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales/product teams to meet customer needs.
- Maintain records and ensure timely response to enquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic IT knowledge (networking, Windows server, Active Directory).
- Willing to be on standby after hours/weekends.
