Service Team
at Nova Singapore is seeking a service engineer to support Nova tools at customer sites in the Singapore area.
This role involves joining the Global Service Group at Nova, providing service to a large-scale install base at leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.
The main responsibilities include training, installing, and supporting all Nova products at customer sites globally.

Responsibilities
What will you do as a Field Service Engineer?
Implement the Customer Support Policy for OEM End Users, supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field.
Support OEM partners and End Users' internal service as per warranty and support agreements.
Maintain, support, and provide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel.
Training will be provided, often by a dedicated training engineer.
Maintain proper reporting methods for all customer support activities, as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.
Manage the company’s parts inventory, maintaining stock levels according to company spare parts policies.
Assist in new equipment integration, add-ons, and upgrades.
Provide feedback to headquarters based on customer interactions.
Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor, Engineering, or Optics-related fields – Mandatory
Availability for standby and overseas support if needed
Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good communication skills, team-oriented, service-minded
Ability to work cooperatively under demanding timelines
Proactive, hands-on approach
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
