Providing technical support to field service teams
Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test
Maintaining accurate and reliable service tool inventory
Documentation includes i.e timesheets, service/repair reports, follow ups, daily logs, expenses, etc.
Ensuring documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's well documented.
Submit timely documents of service activities and expenses
ITE/Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics /Mechatronic
Experience in handling with high vacuum equipment, pumps, chillers, and compressors
Able to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Field Service Engineer (Semicon)
Start-up, installation and commissioning of front-end automated semiconductor equipment.
Maintenance on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Implement continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve reliability.
Identify opportunities for improvement and to enhance equipment capabilities.
Coordinate logistics activities related to equipment installation/maintenance/repair.
Manage the inventory and availability of spare parts and tools.
Conduct training for customers to ensure they are proficient in operating the equipment.
Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers as needed.
Develop relationship with customers and ensure they are satisfactory with the equipment/services.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering
At least 2 years experience in Semicon industry however entry level are welcome to apply.
Willing to travel overseas for work support and training
