Field Service Representative :
As a Field Service Representative, you will perform maintenance and repairs on all simulation systems and their components for small- to medium-sized projects.
In addition, managing the warehouse, coordinating material procurement, and generating accompanying documents for reporting purposes.
Tasks:
- Maintenance and repair of complex simulation systems
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification (electrical/mechanical) on complex systems at the customer's site
- Repair of defective assemblies
- Provision of services for PCs, networks, projectors, electrical systems, air cooling systems, and vehicle-specific operating components of the simulated device.
- Documentation of services performed and creation of error logs
- Planning and managing subcontractors to ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out on time and within budget.
- Advising customers on system-related questions and maintenance/further development recommendations.
- Support the In-Service-Support (ISS) manager in preparing ISS contracts.
- Preparing and implementing customer training courses on operating and maintaining/servicing the system.
Requirements:
Professional requirements:Mandatory
- Attained Diploma or Higher ITEC qualification in an engineering field.
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic software skills (e.g., Windows, Linux, and network administration)
- Experience in handling technical system documentation and electrical test equipment.
- Possesses good technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in maintenance or system integration in a similar industry
Optional
- Trained electrician with authorization to work on electrical systems up to 400 V AC in accordance with applicable laws is preferred.
- At least 3 years of working experience is desirable
