Field Service Technician (Full Time)
As a field service technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment.
To ensure success as a field service technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule.
Ultimately, a top-level field service technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and repairs for any job size.
Job Responsibilities:
· Servicing, installation, repair & maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical parts and equipment at clients' premises or workshop
· Using the various type of tools to perform work
· Troubleshooting breakdown equipment
· Periodic check on equipment and maintenance for equipment
· Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer orders and expectation
· Able to work under minimal supervision
Requirements:
* Minimum ITE / Nitec in the related engineering field (Electrical/ Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Must have basic Electrical/ Mechanical background.
* Able to understand technical drawing
* Posses welding skills is a plus
* Have a Class 3 or higher driving license or own a motorbike
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
