**About the role**

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

+ Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement
+ Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement
+ Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
+ Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
+ Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown
+ Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
+ Perform monthly routine service for Chillers, Cooling Towers & Pumps under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**

We are looking for people **who has hands on experience in HVAC/M&E industry.** If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

+ Minimum O Levels
+ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
+ Experience in HVAC system design is desired to have
