About the role
Oohray Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region.
This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliations
- Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
- Providing general office and administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and handling general inquiries
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
- Providing support and ad-hoc tasks as required
- We welcome fresh graduates
What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
