Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage full set of accounts (together with external bookkeeper)

· Handle basic bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company

· Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, etc.

· Handle GST, tax matters, Govt grants

· Administrative and Personal Assistant scope to CEO including managing claims, travels, meetings etc

*Working hours 1pm-9pm (onsite)

*Part Time option available (min.

2 days/week)
