Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, handling correspondence, phones, maintaining office supplies.
- Acts as the First Point of Contact for the Office, welcome visitors and accept deliveries accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for responsible teams.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, filing systems, business cards etc., assist with onboarding etc.
- Handling Office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Organizing office events or team-building activities
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Finance
- Manage accounts receivable processes including receipt processing and customer follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Handle accounts payable functions such as invoice and payment processing, and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries (e.g., prepayments, accruals).
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation of GST filings.
- Support internal and external audits, as well as annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to finance-related initiatives to support business growth.
