Job description

The Employer is a well-established Singapore-based manufacturer of electrical products.

Woth a 50-year track record in manufacturing high quality electrical products, it supplies its products to customers in Singapore as well as several countries across the world.

It employs about 200 staff and its products conform to the highest global quality and safety standards.

It is looking for a Finance and Admin Manager to be based at its plant in Tuas.

Position: Finance and Admin Manager

Code: EXP/F&AM/MFG/SG/0925

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Key Responsibilites:

A.

Finance, Audit & Compliance

Financial strategy, funding, and cash flow planning.

Review and approve payments and customer credit limits in line with company policies.

Oversee monthly closing, cash position, and management reporting.

Budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives.

Debt recovery tracking; recommend actions.

Internal and external audits, GST submissions, and corporate tax filings.

Oversee corporate insurance policies including property, industrial, and liability coverage.

Compliance with financial reporting and statutory regulations

B.

HR, Admin & Regulatory Funcons

Oversee and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.

Support salary benchmarking and increment proposals with the CFO.

Handle grievance resolution and union matters (e.g., Collective Agreements).

Workplace Safety & Legal Compliance

Oversee incident reporting, workplace safety reviews, and MOM-related compliance.

Manage work injury compensation, hospitalization claims etc.

Oversee facilities, canteen, cleaning/security contracts, and vendor management.

Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance in HR, Finance, and Admin.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounng, or related field

8–12 years of experience in finance, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Strong background in financial operations, audit, tax, and compliance.

Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
