Responsibilities:
i.Financial Business Partnering
Serve as a strategic finance advisor to commercial and operational teams in Singapore and regional markets
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business performance, profitability, and growthLead financial planning and forecasting processes for the Singapore and ASEAN businessSupport pricing, sales planning, and scenario analysis for new market opportunitiesAccount Receivable management Ensure finance internal control as defined by the groupCoordination with Shared Services
ii.Coordination with Shared Services
Liaise with the Shared Service team to ensure accurate execution of:Accounts Payable (AP) transactionsGeneral Ledger (GL) closing and monthly reportingBudgeting and forecast consolidationReview financial statements and reconciliations provided by the Shared Service teamEnsure strong internal controls and alignment with corporate accounting policiesiii.
Singapore Statutory Compliance
Handle all local statutory and regulatory submissions for the Singapore entity, including:GST filings, corporate tax submissions, statutory board reporting, and compliance with ACRA/IRASCoordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to local government authoritiesiv.
Oversee Representative Offices
Oversee financial, reporting, and compliance for representative officesLiaise with local consultants or service providers to ensure alignment with regional finance strategy and compliance standardsMonitor local office costs, budgets, and assist in cross-border reporting requirementsV.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present monthly business performance reviews to leadershipMonitor and analyze key financial metrics including revenue trends, cost management, and variance analysisIdentify areas of financial risk and opportunity within the businessQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred
• At least 6–8 years of experience in finance roles, including business partnering experience in a regional or commercial setting
• Sound knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (e.g., GST, ACRA, IRAS)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience coordinating with Shared Services or outsourced finance teams
• High level of independence, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP; advanced Excel skills required.
Power BI is advantage.
