The role

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded, detail-oriented Coordinator to help run our Singapore operations.

This role spans finance, operations and HR functions.

While we expect that you will bring 2-5 years of hands-on experience from one or more of these functions, we hope this role provides an opportunity for you to expand your skill set into new areas.

Professional development is a foundational part of all of our roles across the business.

While we don't expect you to have all of the following experiences, have some exposure to many of them would be an asset:

  • Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Management of HRIS systems
  • Office management
  • Coordination of hiring processes, including offers
  • Employee benefits
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Managing invoicing
  • Job platforms (LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of corporate secretarial functions (annual filing, etc.)
