Job Description
Job Responsibilities: 1.
Preparation of monthly journal vouchers 2.
Responsible to prepare full set of monthly management report for management review, including: a.
Monthly reporting of Profit and loss, and Balance Sheet (PLBS) b.
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts c.
Preparation of month end schedules d.
FRS116 matters 3.
Maintaining of Fixed Assets listing and computation of monthly depreciation 4.
Prepare tax computation 5.
Prepare Annual Statutory Financial Statements and XBRL 6.
Support quarterly GST reporting, reconciliation report 7.
Support in yearly budget with costs analysis and liaise with HODs for budget submission 8.
Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly analysis and explanation of profit and loss fluctuations, operational expenses against prior year and budget 9.
Support other Finance related matters: a.
Accounts payable: Process Vendor payments, Employees claims, record of expenses, etc 10.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time, including improvements to policies and procedures.
Job Requirements: 1.
At least 5 years of accounting experience 2.
Degree/Diploma in Accounting is preferred 3.
Knowledge of related Singapore regulatory reporting requirements and FRS 4.
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and SAP Business 10 (advantage) 5.
Team player 6.
Organized, meticulous and able to work independently 7.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
