About the team:
You’ll be joining the Finance team at Goodnotes, where one of our major tasks is to work with cross-functional teams and lead financial budgeting and forecasting to drive business outcomes.
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Partner with product and business teams to understand their needs and provide financial insights that drive actionable, data-driven decisions.
Maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and evaluate performance.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risk, and drive.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Identify and implement improvements to existing financial processes and systems, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of FP&A experience, with a focus on commercial finance.
Experience in technology company is a definite advantage.
Proven ability to partner with business and product teams to make them more data-driven and drive changes.
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills is MUST.
Strong automation skills and experience with financial systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise insights.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Knowledge about FP&A tools and related AI to drive efficiencies would be a plus.
