Job Description
Leadership Skills & Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong leadership in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Influence and guide stakeholders toward shared goals, even without direct authority.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
Drive decision‐making by facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and aligning diverse perspectives.

Business Analysis Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve business operations and systems.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements.
Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Project Management Responsibilities
Lead and manage end‐to‐end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Coordinate cross‐functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
Track project progress and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
20+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analysis.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications are a plus.
