Specific Responsibilities
A.
Fuels Delivery Operations
· Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring vehicle status.
· Plan and manage the fleet's maintenance activities with Administration and Compliance to ensure that there is no unscheduled downtime.
· Utilizing transport management system to monitor jobs, drivers and track vehicles.
· Coordinate with Admin and Compliance on vehicle inspection, maintenance servicing of fleet.
· Investigate and follow up with accident vehicle repair with operation and vendors.
· Assisting the Executive and to provide data for reporting and analysis purposes.
· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good support service.
· Develop efficient job schedules to cut costs, maximize profits and increase fuel efficiency.
· Liaison with IT team on enhancement and rectification for system matters (TMS, ATG)
· Participate in key activities in technology projects and support the use of electronic tools and devices.
B.
Productivity Movements
· Participate and encourage staff(s) in Employee Suggestion Scheme, 5S and other department committees.
· Carry out good housekeeping practices and ensure a hygienic and safe working environment.
C.
Environmental, Health and Safety Movements
· Participate and encourage staff(s) in company environmental, health and safety movements.
· Ensure compliance of relevant statutory requirements and in-house rules and regulations.
· Implement and comply with environmental, health and safety plans / programs within the department.
D.
Others
· Ensure that activities relating to the function comply with relevant Ethical Standards, Legal, and Acts requirements.
· Resolve matters of conflict, general employee morale and maintaining good staffs and labour relation within or outside the department.
· Undertake any other duties as assigned.
