A 100% Muslim-owned F&B establishment renowned for its Great Indian Muslim cuisine, superb ambience, and impeccable service.
The restaurant prides itself on delivering authentic flavours, consistent quality, and a warm dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure smooth daily service flow.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (tea, coffee, cold drinks, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and drink preparation area.
- Assist in cash handling and coordinate with kitchen staff during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Friendly, service-oriented, and well-groomed.
- Prior F&B service or drink-making experience preferred.
- Able to work long hours and perform shift duties.
- Well spoken in English and Malay (to liaise effectively with customers and team members).
Working Hours: 6 days/week, 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Rest Day: 1 day per week (rotational, usually Monday off)
Location: Alexandra / Queenstown
