This role involves managing cash transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash balance and report discrepancies to superiors
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist in taking orders, cashiering duties, and maintaining equipment cleanliness
- Prepare specialty dishes and beverages as required
- Multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office and inventory management skills
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer relations and meet sales targets
