Flyer Distributor @ Tampines Interchange (11am to 2pm) Report at the kiosk
Note: Casuals must clock in and out at McDonald’s, Tampines Interchange (513 Tampines Central 1).
Main Responsibilities
Distribute recruitment flyers to passersby around Tampines Interchange area
Be friendly, polite, and proactive when handing out flyers
Ensure all flyers are distributed finish within your shift duration
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance throughout the shift
During Distribution
If anyone shows interest in job opportunities: Direct them to the restaurant, or
Refer them to the contact number printed on the flyer
Job Requirements
Customer-Centric: Always represent the brand positively and be attentive to the public.
Friendly & Welcoming: Greet people politely and maintain a pleasant attitude.
Proactive: Take initiative when handing out flyers — approach passersby politely rather than waiting for them to come to you.
Dress Code: Black top, long black pants, and covered shoes.
All body tattoo must be covered up.
Special Instruction: Freelancers are required to distribute flyers responsibly to members of the public.
Flyers must not be discarded in bulk (e.g., thrown into bins, left in stacks, or otherwise improperly disposed of).
Important Notice: If the Company discovers a significant quantity of flyers discarded without proper distribution, the Company reserves the right to: Review & Withhold partial or full payment for the assignment, and/or Suspend or remove the freelancer from future job opportunities.
Freelancer who attended but left work before stated working hours shall be deemed as a form of misconduct and may be deemed unpaid for the day.
Any payment would be subject to our company's management discretion.
Do not show up at the job site until you receive EL Connect's mobile app and email notification that you have been awarded (selected).
