Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily outlet operations with the goal of providing a high quality guest experience.
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and greet customers to the outlet
Develop good product knowledge and be well-versed in all menu items
Present the menu confidently and upsell food & beverage options
Place orders through the POS system and help serve orders to tables accurately
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to hygiene standards
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management relating to service and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
Handle guests' feedback promptly
Attend briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
Perform other duties as directed by management
Qualifications / Requirements
Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for quality control
