Job Description
Coordinate production department activities
Ensure proper machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary
Perform troubleshooting when errors occur
Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
Production scheduling
Staff scheduling
Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals
Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled
Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production
Employee orientation and training
Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve workers’ problems
Ensure workplace safety
Daily reporting to the management
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
Possess at least O Level.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in F&B Manufacturing.
Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
Shift Working Hours Pattern
Working day pattern: 6 days per week.
