Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee our dining area operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of the restaurant.
This role involves planning floor control and assigning staff duties at the dining area, as well as monitoring and maintaining safe levels of stock for restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage floor control and assign staff for duties at the dining area.
- Maintain high customer service standards through supervision of staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards for the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy.
- Monitor and maintain safe levels of stock for the restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of restaurant sections, be able to produce a high level of service and possess good oral communication skills.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Minimum 3-year experience in supervisory level for restaurant service.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant sections.
