Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging Art & Craft lessons tailored to children's abilities and interests
- Develop creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that foster artistic skills and creativity
- Ensure a positive, safe, and fun learning environment for all students
- Prepare and organize art materials and classroom setup prior to each session
- Engage and manage students during class, encouraging exploration and expression
- Build good rapport with students and parents, providing feedback on progress
- Support event workshops and special craft sessions as required
- Maintain the studio's cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in Fine Arts, Craft, or related fields preferred
- Experience teaching children or managing children's programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, organized, and adaptable to dynamic environments
- Passionate about art education and nurturing young talents
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
