Job Summary
Are you passionate about art and education?
We are looking for creative and dedicated Freelance Clay Art Instructors to join our team This role is perfect for graduates, students, or anyone interested in earning extra income while teaching children aged 3-15 the art of clay modeling.
Previous experience in clay art is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging art classes: Follow and deliver lesson plans for clay modeling and other creative art activities to students in regular classes, workshops, and camps.
- Ensure smooth class operations: Facilitate an organized and professional learning environment that encourages creativity and hands-on participation.
- Monitor student progress: Provide feedback and encourage students in developing their clay art skills while maintaining a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Address parent queries: Respond to feedback and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable learning experience for all students.
- Promote the organization: Contribute to the promotion and development of the company's activities in alignment with our vision and mission.
Key Requirements
- Interest in clay art and creativity: A passion for working with children and teaching them about clay modeling and art.
- Teaching experience: Previous experience in teaching children is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication: Ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Responsibility and professionalism: Punctuality, proper class preparation, and a professional approach to teaching.
- Organized and creative: Capable of managing class materials and creating a fun and engaging environment for children.
- Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a minimum term of 6 months.
Additional Skills & Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Experience in clay art or other creative arts.
- Previous experience working with children (ages 3-15).
- A strong interest in learning and teaching new creative techniques.
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates without prior experience in clay art, ensuring you are equipped to teach and inspire students confidently.
