Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles according to client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure timely communication and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or recruiter (agency or freelance).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
- Familiarity with specific industry sectors (e.g., IT, engineering, finance, healthcare, etc.) is an advantage.
