Job description

Job Opportunity

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers/patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.

    • Ensure strict adherence to Department Readiness Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), guaranteeing consistent department preparation and maintenance according to established guidelines.

    • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of SA counter, patient waiting areas, kiosks, equipment, lights, air conditioning, and telephones.

    • Keep up-to-date brochures, materials, and posters.

    • Assist with registration, screening, escalations, cashiering, and inquiries.

    • Promote accurate and timely registration through self-help kiosk usage.

    • Evaluate patients on arrival based on patient assessment SOP.

    • Maintain accurate patient insurance information and billing.

    • Adhere to Managing Consultation SOP.

    • Evaluate room cleanliness, equipment functionality, and up-to-date collaterals.

    • Handle pre/post-appointment and procedure information.

    • Prepare patient lists for vetting by Radiographers and Radiologists.

    • Book/reschedule procedures and appointments.

    • Follow up on no-shows as per clinic doctor's instructions.

    • Address appointment requests, emails, and phone inquiries.

    • Provide accurate billing information for scans and procedures.

    • Contribute to quality improvement projects.

    • Accept other responsibilities assigned by clinic/nurse manager, service team leader, or service executives.

Requirements

Education:

  • A minimum of A Levels/Diploma.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer skills.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working in a hospital setting and different clinics as needed.

  • Flexibility to work shifts when required.
