Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Plato clinic software
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and waiting area
- assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
- Liaise with therapists for scheduling
- Assist in maintaining clinic supplies
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English necessary for the position
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Able to manage the pace of the job
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and email
- Ability to multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Prior experience in an administrative role
Staff Benefits:

Working Hours:
- Sunday & Monday: Off
- Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
