Roles & Responsibilities Location: Buona Vista
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: 9.30am–6.30pm / 12.00pm–9.00pm / 1.15pm–10.15pm
(Any 5 days per week, rotating)
Salary: $15/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle systems relating to shopper management and rewards programs.
- Provide assistance and general information to shoppers at the Concierge Desk.
- Handle the administrative and clerical work relating to the events and promotions at the mall.
- Handle mall redemption programs such as vouchers, premiums, and Parking.
- Assist in customer loyalty programs.
- Assist in collating tenants' gift voucher reimbursement.
- Assist in events at the mall, especially weekends, whenever necessary.
- Handling and administering Lost & Found items.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Assist with assigned administrative duties from Marcom Manager.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/A Level with experience in customer service
