Job Responsibilities
- Introduce the spa's services and offerings to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Answer phone calls politely, record call details accurately, and promptly update the manager on customer appointments.
- Handle bookings, manage payments diligently, perform daily reconciliation, and operate computer systems proficiently.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at the front desk to create a welcoming first impression.
- Manage staff attendance records, update accounts, and oversee product inventory.
- Demonstrate strong service awareness, communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, and coordinate effectively with colleagues.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance, with appropriate attire and a friendly, welcoming smile at all times.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is required, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
