Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
  • Provide simple directions or guide guests to assigned areas/seats
  • Answer basic guest queries politely and confidently
  • Maintain orderly guest flow and assist with crowd control when needed
  • Ensure the reception/entry area is clean, tidy, and presentable
  • Standby to assist guests with special needs or elderly visitors
  • Report any issues or emergencies to supervisors immediately
  • Assist in managing and organizing inventory of itinerary

Job Requirements:

  • Friendly, patient, and confident in dealing with people
  • Presentable and neat appearance
  • Able to stand for long hours and stay alert
  • Able to carry light materials (Itinerary)
  • Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Punctual, responsible, and a good team player
