Mon – Thu: 6:30am – 3:45pm, inclusive of 45‐min lunch break
Fri: 6:30am – 3:15pm, inclusive of 45‐min lunch break
Sat – Sun and gazetted public holidays: no service required
Scope of work
The Services required are set out as follows:
a) Providing office support service
First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents
Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
b) Visitor management
Attending to walk‐in customers
Qualifications and Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
Good team player with a high level of initiative
Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration will be preferred.
