About the Role
We're looking for people who are passionate about fitness, wellness, and boutique studio culture to join our Front of House team.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors — we want you to set the tone for a warm, professional, and welcoming environment, and foster a strong sense of community among clients;
- Managing daily front desk operations, including client check-ins, bookings, enquiries, and payments;
- Overseeing membership administration and client records;
- Handling retail sales and stock management;
- Ensuring studio presentation, cleanliness, and readiness;
- Supporting the coaching team in delivering an exceptional client experience;
- Attend weekly meetings to report and share findings.
In addition , you would also be responsible for the following two areas:
1.
Group Classes Management – Scheduling & Client Relationship :
- Work with the Head Coach to evaluate and adjust class schedules;
- Update schedules in MindBody Online (MBO) system;
- Monitor class bookings and waitlists;
- Move clients from waitlists and communicate updates;
- Track class performance metrics and suggest improvements;
- Build and maintain relationships with group class clients;
- Engage and integrate new clients into the LEVEL community;
- Encourage trial clients to convert to regulars;
- Upsell class packs or memberships in a warm, service-led manner.
2.
Market Insight & Awareness :
- Monitor class trends, pricing, and offerings in the health & fitness industry;
- Track new promotions and shifts in client expectations;
- Become a mystery shopper and share learnings with the team to inform programming and marketing.
Requirements
- A people person — friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with clients and partners
- Basic qualifications of N-level, O-level, Diploma, or minimum 1 year experience in the fitness industry.
- Able to communicate clearly in English, both written & spoken.
- Proficient in standard office productivity apps (Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint, their Google equivalents, etc).
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Curious and commercially aware — you enjoy learning what makes competitors and clients tick.
