The Governance Service team is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace not only for our buyers but also for our sellers and creators.
We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of TikTok Shop's ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the frontend development of Governance Service solutions for TikTok Shop.
- Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care and etc.
- Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.
Minimum Qualifications: - Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Coding experience with a general purpose programming language (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript).
- Experience with any major Javascript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience.
